I received the wrong product. The packing label had my address, but the box contained someone else's order. When I called customer support, I was informed that company policy does not allow reshipping of a product that isn't available for expedited delivery. I was offered a refund but told that I could not have the correct product shipped to me. I would have to place a new order and pay again to get the right item sent. Additionally, I am unsure what I should do with the shoes I received that are not what I purchased. If the company’s policy requires customers to take extra steps due to a shipping error, that reflects poor customer service. Furthermore, the email I received includes a hyperlink to "chat with us," which claims to be available 24/7; however, the linked page does not provide a chat option. If one needs to sign in to access chat options, it isn't clearly stated.

True to size and very comfortable. Great price! Look expensive but they are not. Purchased for a great price on sale!

Those boots were very cute and well made for the price. Only opinion I have is to size up half size for accurate fit but other than that they are great!

Very cute boots, love how they look on me. Only thing is I wear a size 8 and these boots are slightly snug. Maybe I should have ordered an 8 1/2, but not sure will need to wear the boots out and about.
