The dress did not look anything like the photo. In the photo it looked fun and flowy on the bottom. It was very long on me and not to the ankle as shown. (I'm 5'8). When I ttook it out of the box beads fell off and when I tried it on, more beads fell off.
Love the dress but about 10inches to long and would need extensive altering on dress and attached slip. Altering this so much would also change style completely. Regretfully will be returning
This dress is missing beads all along the neckline which makes it impossible to wear to a function. It's got rough threads pulling out along the neck line and the gold beads are missing so the trip is inconsistent and super obvious. Really disappointing. I can see it being onsale, but there should be some alert or notification that the item is damaged before you make the purchase.
Let me explain how cute this is dress is got it for my moms surprise birthday party, the sparkle was even better in person. This dress is fit for a queen and she looked great. I was shocked the price was right on budget and perfect for the occasion.
A little more heavily beaded for my taste. I didn’t pay attention that it was clearance, so can’t return it. I’ll try to sell it on line.
I love this dress. I am very short so it needed to be shortened. Macys no longer provides alterations. Norstroms had the same dress, same price but has free alterations. So I bought the dress at Norstroms.
Needed a spectacular dress to walk my daughter down the aisle (her father had passed), and this dress fit the bill, I purchased the navy, as the embellishments really popped with the navy. The cap sleeves hid “some” of the crepey skin, as going strapless was not a good look on me. Absolutely gorgeous dress. Bonus, for it on sale!!!
Bought this dress for a destination wedding. Absolutely love the style, so classy AND travels easily. No wrinkle worries. The beading and color are gorgeous. Fit perfectly out of the box- true to size. 5 star easy rating.
