The pan washed spotless. It looked like as new as the day I purchased it. I will purchase more over time. They are expensive, so I cannot afford them all at once, but I will get there. I have fallen in love.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It 's an incredibly tough skillet, you can use metal utensils with it and ittakes high heat cleans up easily. However I have found it's non-stick qualities less than I had hoped. I've tried fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fish and beef and I cannot say any of these coked without sticking even with preheating and a bit of oil and butter in the pan. Still enjoying it but wish it was better i nthat regard.

It has such a smooth finish which I think must contribute to it being more non-stick than traditional stainless steel. And it looks beautiful again right after cleaning. Easy 5 stars.
