These pans cook very evenly with the nice curvature on then. Our old pans had a sharper edge from bottom to the sides of the pan. The smaller pots are really nice for sauces. Have had them for a couple weeks now and l really love the nonstick element. Very easy to cook eggs, meat, even melt cheese, and much easier to clean than my old pans. Really like that the lids are see through too. Hope to have these for years to come in my kitchen. I needed a new set and this gift was definitely the right one. Enough pans for a good home cook and very good quality.
