I probably have to use it longer and more consistently. It takes a minute or so to dry down but it’s not sticky at all. It doesn’t have a strong smell it’s very faint.

The smell is not that pleasant. I didn't have any bad reactions to this product. I used it on my neck, chest, and lower stomach.
