Great in-person and on-line shopping experience
We recently celebrated a milestone by buying a watch. We shopped on Costco.com, but decided to go to Macy's to get some personal attention. We went to the Hillsdale store and met the Jewelry salesman. He patiently explained the difference between various types of watches and different brands. He suggested a size that would fit my wrist nicely. At this point, we returned home and found this beautiful watch online for a very good price. We purchased the watch online and picked it up in the store. We walked 30 steps to the Jewelry section and the same salesman then adjusted the belt to fit my wrist nicely. We had an awesome experience and we will go back to macy's to buy a watch in future.
