Hartmann Century Deluxe Large Check-in Spinner

I like the color and spinner wheels. The light weigh and different compartments makes packing easy and organized.

This is my second Hartman suitcase, my husband and I fight over the original so we decided to be another. We love the exterior of the suitcase- does not show scratches or wear. The inside is good and the overall quality is excellent. We recommend this brand

The zipper pulls are not aligned with the pull direction. I don’t know how to describe it - it’s awkward to pull effectively. Also, the main handle is a little difficult to move up and down. It seems to stick then not click in the next position. Not broken, just not effective or easy. Not what I normally expect with Hartmann.

Excellent

I’ve just received my new luggage. I am looking forward to taking on a trip in a few weeks to put it to the test of surveying the air line’s handling. I really like the look and quality of the product. Excited to see how it holds up

I am not able to unlock the lock, even though I follow all the instructions by the manufacturer. I’m very dissatisfied and plan on returning it.

Don't buy. This was sold as a 22", but that's with the wheels. The actual suitcase is smaller than the 21" Hartmann I already had. Very disappointed and I feel duped. I had to take it on a trip that was scheduled right after I got it, otherwise I would have returned it.

took it to five countries last month and it endured the transportation abuse without issues

Excellent product. We have purchased many pieces of this model for our entire family. We are frequent travelers and have not had any issues. These are classic pieces and are easily distinguished from others on the carousels.

I already wrote that I feel scammed, because I paid for immediate shipping of the item I bought from Hartman, and the seller guaranteed it, saying it would arrive the next day. Even though I repeatedly asked if it would arrive on a Sunday, she confirmed it would, which is why I paid the highest price for express shipping. The seller knew I was leaving for Santo Domingo on Monday, but the suitcase arrived on Tuesday, which is why I don't have it and I'm not even sure if it's still where they left it. I have to wait until I get back from my trip to find out, since no one was home at the time.
