Poor delivery and record keeping
Once again I have ordered an item that was delivered to my old address. I have tried several, multiple times since moving 3 YEARS ago to align my billing address with the shipping address to no avail. For a company with a rich history, it's record keeping is poor actually unacceptable!

Elephants well, detailed, and gold
Brought last week, wasn’t looking to buy a ring that day. The detail on the gold band was very shiny and the elephants you could see so clearly. My daughter likes elephants so if she liked it as much I did I was going to let her keep it.
