I like Gaia Herbs. I feel that they produce high quality products. I take this saw palmetto to combat the degenerative effects of Dihydrotestosterone. I feel that this product is the way to go. Not synthetic lab made pharmaceuticals. Next to eating straight Saw Palmetto berries i think this is the best alternative.
I bought this last April 2018 and I took 1 capsule and didn't use it afterwards. Instead, I used other saw palmetto products which didn't work. Last week, I got so upset with my wasting looks plus my scalp psoriasis became worst, I decided to take 1 capsule of this again 3 days ago but now my skin was plump and has a life. My hair seems to be growing. I can feel some thickness when I shampoo. I also noticed that my scalp psoriasis subsided from 100% to 10%. My scalp is less itchy, I dunno what's in this product but it seemed working wonders compared to other saw palmettos I took with terrible side effects. I will order again but there are only 60 caps in a bottle, I wonder why.
Been taking the Gaia Saw Palmetto capsules now for over a year. I noticed some positive improvements, such as reduced hair loss (I'm a male) and just overall more balanced hormones.
