Used as a skin protectant after massive weight loss. At the first sign of heat rash, I apply after bathing. Works overnight. Some difficult with tube design. Product is thick and after a few uses is difficult to dispense. That said, it gives me a much better quality of life.

I bought this cream to help with severe irritation on the back of my hands. I used it at night, and it really helped reduce itching and soothe the skin. It made a noticeable difference in calming the irritation. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that it can stain clothes and bedding a bit, but it washes out easily.
