This is my second bottle. Its very easy to have apple cider in a capsule. Which is a dream. I used to have surgery bool. And after taking it for 3 month my fasting suger went from 104 to 87. The taste is acceptable. The size of the gel is good and easy to swallow. Good quality. The benefit for it is losing weight and stay energized all day.
