Sport® Recovery, Icy Blue Raspberry, 10.2 oz (288 g)

Excellent product all around. You get a solid 7g of BCAAs per serving, plus electrolytes, which makes it perfect both for intra-workout hydration and post-workout recovery. It really helps with muscle soreness and keeps you going during training, especially on intense sessions. Finally, hands down the best Blue Raspberry flavor on the whole website. Not too sweet, not artificial-tasting. Just spot on.

packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy

It was a very good product and I received it quickly. Thank you to the iherb team.

Nice product for intra-workout. Helps you recover during exercise. A bit too artificial for me but at the same time quite refreshing. Very good quality with NSF certification. Bought it twice.

Tastes great, helps with recovery after workouts, energizing and effective.

Best BCAA I’ve tried for taste and consistency! I buy that everytime

This product checks my boxes for quality, ingredients, taste, size, and package. Good price too. Good Bcaa drink product for my fitness and workout routine. Helps with recovery and endurance and benefits my diet too. Flavor is pretty good as well. I will buy again. What else can I say about this, it’s nice!
