I've taken many brands of fish oil over the years. But I've never tried vegan fish oil before. I had never heard of vegan fish oil before. But once I got to know it, it made me want to try it. And I think it's probably better than animal-derived fish oil. Tablets do not smell rancid, good quality, the ingredients in the tablets are suitable.

I’ve been taking Sunwarrior Algae-Based Omega-3 Vegan DHA + EPA (60 softgels) for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. The softgels are easy to swallow and I take two with food daily. The algae-derived formula means no fishy aftertaste or burping, and the bioavailable EPA and DHA plus polar lipids and chlorophyll feel like top-quality ingredients. My joints feel more comfortable, my skin looks healthier, and I feel more focused overall.

When I opened the bottle, the pills look normal but it smelled funky. I thought maybe it’s super concentrated in the bottle and therefore the weird smell. I pack all my supplements into a daily medicine case, and when I realize the foul smell even contaminated my other supplements, I know the algae is definitely NOT fresh and probably bad rotten algae. DO NOT BUY!
