I find this Biotin very powerful, I keep buying it. I noticed that my hair are in good shape even if something I eat dairy, that have a bad impact on me, but with this Biotin, I can't see any worsening. When I don't use it for some weeks, I see a worsening in their condition.

Paradise Herbs is a great brand: great quality products with no binders or fillers at an affordable price. I only recently started using the Earth's Blend Biotin so I cannot comment yet on whether is working for my skin, hair and nails... but the capsules are very tiny so can be swollen really easily which is a big plus for me. I take one capsules in the morning as suggested on the box: so far I feel more energetic and I have already ordered two more bottles! This is the best biotin I've every taken! I was using a different brand and saw no effect at all but, once I began taking Paradise Herbs Earth Blend, within a couple of weeks my nails became longer, stronger and stopped splitting.
My nails and hair are definitely improving the cracks in my nails are gone and the ridges are also starting to resolve. It’s a great feeling to see this improvement. I’m in my 60’s and was getting frustrated that my finger nails and toe nails were developing cracks. One of the supplements I had been taking had biotin on the label, but it wasn’t helping. My hair is improving as well. It is less dry and getting stronger. I do know if it’s getting fuller yet. I’m also using shampoo with biotin as well. Hopefully it will work. I definitely recommend this product.
I have been buying this exact product for a few years now! It really makes my hair grow faster (even my body hair, eyebrow hair, etc. lol) and my skin looks great! If I forget it for a few days I don't notice... Until I start taking it again and suddenly have that biotin glow again. 😆
