Good quality products are hard to find, but this is one of them. I always check the ingredients and these don't have anything sketchy in them - I love that they use MCT as a base instead of toxic seed oils. It's important to have a combination of two types of K because they target different tissues. The dosage of them is high enough to be effective. I don't notice a difference anymore when I take these because I started eating a lot of animal products, but if your diet is lacking in those, this product would be a great choice. UPDATE: I wanted to order another bottle of these, but the price has increased significantly which unfortunately makes the product less accessible to me.

Vitamin K2 is essential for bones, teeth and hair. I changed my previous brand to this one and I am very happy with it. Vitamin K2 helps fight cavities and have strong teeth. I've searched far and wide for the best vitamin k2 supplement. It's hard to get mk-4 in general as a supplement, and in the case of NOW, the dosage is so low it's silly. Here you get 500 mcg of mk-4 alongside 100 mcg of mk-7. If taken twice per day as the bottle directs for people looking for maximum cardiovascular benefit, then that's 1 mg of mk-4 and 200 mcg of mk-7 each day, which is a pretty great dosage. Most supplements offer less. I think I feel the health benefits already.

Taking a high dose vitamin D due to deficiency and this K2 supplement pair well with that and magnesium. I like that there is two forms of k2 in this supplement, mk-4 and mk-7, basically a long a short acting version of k2. Also like that there’s little added ingredients and is part of why I chose this brand. Quality seems good, just wish they came in glass bottles and not plastic. The pills themselves are quite small size, easy to swallow little oval softgel capsules. I do a large weekly vitamin D supplement right now and I make sure to take this each day on and after that pill for at least 4 days and then I switch to every other day and some break days as it can build up in the system. K2 is great for vascular health and is not the easiest vitamin to get adequately these days dietarily(mainly organ meats and ferment.) Vitamin D can cause a surplus of calcium in the blood which can calcify and harden arteries, having k2 can help direct that calcium from the blood and places it shouldn’t go, to the bones where it’s needed. Great for strengthening the teeth and bones.

Before I discovered this brand, I read an article from the CEO (I think). That was insightful, and I trusted it enough to buy the product. It didn't let me down, but since it's kinda costly per dose, I needed to make a change. I'm taking LE's 45mg of MK-4. I wouldn't have known that MK-4 is better than MK-7 or that such high dose supplements exist. So thank you, and I give it 4 stars.

I pay quality products with good ingredients o it. I just learned that the K2 im taking before is not complete that is why its affordable.The size and dosage is what I need. Ive search the benefits of having complete dosage as sometimes you cant get it fully from the food. so im happy with the purchase, taste wise is okay.

Excellent vitamin K supplement with a good dosage between the ingredients K2 MK4 and K2 MK7. No fillers and binders. Good. Small-sized capsules. Provides excellent benefits including blood clotting, calcium metabolism, and heart health. No taste. A mainstay in my supplement programme. One of the best K2 supplements available.

I am very impressed with the quality of this Vitamin K2. It uses a highly bioavailable form (MenaQ7) derived from chickpeas, which I prefer over soy-based ingredients. The capsules are a manageable size and easy to swallow with no noticeable taste. I use one capsule daily with a meal to ensure my calcium is going to my bones rather than my arteries.

I got the other one by mistake and this is the superior one. It's more expensive but a review explained the differences in K2 and that that one had no bioavailable K2 so the body can't utilize it. My costly mistake. I have high hopes for this one as I've been losing molars due to impaired liver not metabolizing nutrients from foods properly. Thanks for offering this one.
