I tend to have chronic inflammation in my lower back and turmeric works great to maintain and control the inflammation on a day to day basis. Natural Factor's turmeric is very easy on the stomach and the bromelain is a great digestive additive as well as an enzyme that fights inflammation. Turmeric is just a great overall healing herb! Highly recommended. Priced right as well when compared to local health food stores.

A very good supplement containing at the same time two ingredients proven with their anti-inflammation and antioxidant effects, but also with many other benefits - for joints, cognitive function, digestion, etc. The capsules are relatively large, but not uncomfortable to swallow. They have no unpleasant taste, I take them after meals.

I have osteoarthritis in both hips. I have taken glucosamine for the pain but started to have mild side effects so switched to Tumeric with Bromelain. I usually only have to take one capsule a day with food. The relief from pain can last for several days if I forget. That's amazing. If I've been more active than usual and the day is cold and damp, I'll take 2 capsules. At this rate the price is good as the bottle lasts me almost 3 months.

Take this product to avoid myocarditis if you were vaccinated with Pfizer ,AZ or Mordena vaccines . It can save your life . It really works for many including my many friends .
