You need to be really careful when taking Niacin. I have once chosen a higher dosage (also from here) and it caused me a few days of bleeding nose. Niacin overdose can be harmful. Also, some with flush and feel itchy all over your body after taking Niacin, so better choose a non-flush version.
I used to take a larger dose (500mg) supplement, but recently I decided to have lower doses (50mg) spread across the day. Niacin can help boosting NAD production and it's much cheaper than NR or NMN.
I bought this to follow Joel Greene's protocol, where niacin is taken in flush form as part of a four axis rotation. It does exactly what I wanted.
