This oil is really worth every cent. It comes packaged like a wine bottle and inside a nice protective case which really impressed me. Once opened, it smells incredible. This tastes almost buttery when eaten with bread and it tastes perfect when used as a dressing. My favorite way to use this is with Angel Hair Pasta, some fresh chopped tomatoes, and basil with some garlic and cheese thrown in. Now I wish my tomatoes would grow faster so I can make this. My stomach is growling just thinking about it.
