This is the first time I use organic almond flour. I was trying to subsidize with almond flour instead regular flour for healthier choice diet. lots of recipes can use almond four instead regular. I am glad start with Widly Organic Gluten Free Almond Flour. One draw back is that this one is little pricy, good quality though.
You can tell the quality is "Elite" the moment you open the bag. It doesn't have that "oily" or bitter smell that cheaper almond flours sometimes have. It bakes beautifully, though because it contains the skins, it gives baked goods a darker, more natural color.

Knocked off one star for the price/quantity, but this was the only brand iHerb had in stock which met my specification for organic almond flour.
