This is the highest dha fish oil in the market i came across so far. As we know dha is the main key for brain health. Ive tried wileys elementary epa at 1st and it worked great for my daughter. Since it has been discontinued so lets try this one.. Hope the result is better than nordic ultimate omega..

I have been using this for over 2 months now. I can totally feel the benefits. I have less body inflammation and less brain fog. This stuff has a strong flavor/taste but not too bad- more on the limy side than the typical fish oil flavor. It came packaged securely. I do believe this is great quality.

I go back and forth between Wiley's and Nordic Naturals. Both are great products. This product has a very high DHA content, making it ideal at night, whereas Nordic Naturals's Children's DHA has a slightly higher EPA ratio, making it slightly more suitable for AM usage. DHA is more neurotropic and supports brain structure, melatonin production, and synaptic plasticity — making it better suited for evening/night when the brain is consolidating memory and preparing for rest. there wasnt any fishy taste from what i can remember tasted pretty alright overall. very concentrated source of epa and dha if it were cheaper i would probably continue buying more. i did a calculation for some brands that stood out to me in terms of epa/dha per dollar and this product wasn't among the highest. But who knows, maybe the quality and benefits is better? hard to tell from just taste . Cant remember if it was IFOS certified but reputable fish oil brands like Nordic Naturals Carlson Thorne Viva Naturals dont use them and its apparently very expensive to get that seal of approval from nutrasource so I understand why they wouldnt get it certified
