Icelandic Kelp, 41 mg, 250 Tablets

This is the first time I purchasing the product from this manufacturer. The package is quite big, what is reasonable - huh, there is almost 3 year supply of Laminaria in one bottle! Pleasant, durable, high quality package. I have only to note the safety seal which split in 2 layers - one in my fingers, the other one still stocked to the bottle neck, but it wasn't a big deal to remove it. Light green colour (natural green substance Chlorophyllin used) tablets has light sea weed smell, which isn't annoying. Tablets are small enough to swallow. I like this product, so next time I will order it again.

Been taking these for about a week now (recently decided to switch from bit pricier brands to give this one a shot), and I have no complaints. These are not coated in a gel cap, so the “ocean” taste (seaweed like, it is made from kelp) is stronger than iodine pills that come in gel caps, so if this taste bothers you maybe go for a more expensive brand to source your daily iodine. Luckily, it doesn’t bother me and I think I’ll stick to this brand. Price is great for the amount of vitamins a container comes with!

I'm taking this along with selenium, in order to fix my subtle hypothyroidism. Take one a day, you don't want to overdose these kind of minerals or you can nerf your thyroid. Maybe 2-3 a day would still be safe but be careful and always ask your doctor before increasing the dose. This product is really cheap and can last more than 1 year if you take 1 tablet a day. The taste is bad in my opinion but you should take it with a meal anyway so you can shadow it.
