Nature way is a good company which uses natural clean ingredients. I use Echinacea along with Nettles and Astragalus root during flu and allergy season to help fight infections. Works well Great that they are vegi caps
It is influenza season here. Given I've been sick rather frequently (once every month or two), my colleague has recommended Echinacea Purpurea Herb to me (not this exact product, just the herb - I picked this particular brand randomly).
