These capsules are amazing. I’m very familiar with Yucca as a plant 🪴 yet had no idea that it was such a useful supplement! I’m using this for digestion, SIBO and more. It cleans the body due to its saponin content. It took away a lot of my bloating too. It worked quickly for me. Just know that it has a mild laxative effect but in a good way. That being said if you combine it with other herbs that have a slight laxative effect well then watch out lol! I’m taking 1-3 capsules per day depending on my food intake.
