Enhanced Zinc Lozenges, Peppermint, 30 Vegetarian Lozenges (18.75 mg per Lozenge)

These are big, but they are meant to dissolve slowly in order to penetrate the sinus and upper respiratory tract, which should take no less than 30 minutes in order to do the trick, and therefore dissolve the tablet. If you chew it you've lost the benefit. I don't mind the flavor or the size. So far this winter season our family has not been hit with anything bad, and I hope these have been helpful to that end.

This is my first time buying this zinc lozenges to bring to Canada. I & hubby took one each at the airport lounge, during long flight time & also at crowded place . It actually protected us from all those people who sneezed & cough throughout our trip ! Some reviews said it tasted gross, but I found it tasted ok, considering it's like a 'medicine', and not candy ! The size is pretty huge, took quite a long time to melt in your mouth, but the quality and the effectiveness outweighed the size ! Will buy more in future .

I still have some from the older version. I loved it for it's effectiveness and hence I bought again but it was so hard that it would take off the skin on my palate when I sucked on it. plus it would take an hour perhaps to completely dissolve or what felt like really long. This newer version is so much better. it is gentler and easier to melt. I like it so much more and it will be easier for my kids to take too.

I'm a supplement coach and constantly review research studies for the most effective supplements to recommend to my clients. These lozenges contain zinc acetate which is one of the most effective forms of zinc to take at the first sign of a cold (like a tingle in the throat). It's important to let the lozenge slowly melt in the mouth rather than swallowing it. This is part of my "emergency immunity" supplement arsenal.

Super product, I will definitely order it again, I recommend it to everyone, the packaging is of high quality, and the ingredients are excellent. Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition and was

Great for cold and sore throat. Zinc was clinically studied to reduce the length of cold

I'm really happy with this supplement! The quality is top-notch, and I can tell it's made with care. I've been taking it for a while now, and I feel like it's making a positive impact on my overall health. Would definitely recommend!

Great zinc lozenges. The peppermint taste is clean. They really help soothe the throat during the first days of a cold, and the zinc dose feels effective. Overall, a solid product I keep coming back to.
