I’ve been using this activated charcoal product for a while and I’m really happy with it. It helps a lot with bloating and gas, and I feel my stomach much lighter and more comfortable after taking it. It’s gentle and effective. I definitely recommend it for anyone who deals with frequent bloating.
I am taking these for the first time as part of a liver and detox cleanse. It binds with toxins in the body, and the chlorella I am taking with them, remove the toxins and help with die off symptoms. I drink a big glass of water afterwards. I haven't noticed any bad side effects.
This is like an internal exhale every day I just feel more settled less frantic and more able to show up the way I want to without constant effort or tension
Activated charcoal is carbon that’s been processed to have a very porous surface, which allows it to bind (adsorb) certain substances in the gut.
Activated coal in this supplement is good to be taken as a general detoxification on an empty stomach, also it helps with diarrhea, regulate gas and bloating. Capsules are without a particular smell or taste. Efficient and affordable, good quality by Now Foods.
A powdered or capsule form of activated charcoal used to help reduce gas and bloating occasionally. It’s tasteless and easy to take, and many people find it provides quick relief for mild digestive discomfort. Results vary, and it’s best used occasionally rather than every day.
This supplement is made with high-quality ingredients and has a mild, easy-to-take taste. The capsule size is manageable, and the packaging is well-sealed and convenient. It provides essential nutrients and minerals that support overall health and daily wellness. With consistent use, it offers noticeable benefits and is a reliable addition to a healthy routine.
This is a straightforward activated charcoal in a larger bottle, which is convenient to have at home. Same simple formula, same expected effect. I like keeping this size on hand so I don’t have to reorder often. It’s one of those basic products that doesn’t need much commentary – it’s there when needed and does its job.
Very handy to have in your “medicine cabinet” for when you have food poisoning or stomach flu. Good brand
NOW is a quality brand and this charcoal works well for my gut. There is no real taste. The ingredients are the usual for pure activated charcoal. I would recommend NOW brand to anyone.
