Keto Electrolyte Liquid, 4 fl oz (118 ml)

I highly recommend Trace Liquid Electrolytes to anyone looking for a clean and effective way to stay hydrated. However, the taste isn’t that pleasant and I regret not to have purchased the tablet version of it. I have that gagging feeling every time I sip on it. Overall, it’s a nice supplement that delivers all what is needed, such as magnesium, potassium and calcium. It helps me a lot with legs cramps at night.

AMPK is an enzyme found in every cell in your body. Studies show that increasing AMPK activity can encourage cells to stop storing fat and start burning it for energy—but AMPK levels decline over time.

I have used Keto Electrolyte Liquid for a couple of years now, and I find that it benefits my regular drinking water by somehow making it "wetter". The dropper package is convenient to use, it tastes just fine, and it helps relieve symptoms of dehydration (muscle cramps, dry mouth). I like the quality of all Trace products.
