I've tried several different black seed oils. Thus far I really like this one. Is it the best one I've tried? I don't know. I believe it's very good but it's hard to say for sure. The taste is not as strong as some of the other ones I've had. I suppose that could be a good and/or bad thing. Perhaps it's not as potent (though it may be, I'm not sure). But I like the fact that it's in a glass bottle (which, from what I understand, is especially important with oils, such as black seed, olive, coconut, etc.), and it's organic. There is one other black seed oil that I've tried that seems very potent but it's not organic, or at least certified organic. To be frank, consuming organic herbs, supplements, and food is one of the most important things that we can do. So if I had a choice between an high quality, non-organic product vs. a lower quality (but still very good), organic product, I would go with the latter. I definitely recommend. Limited ingredients means high actives!
