Mix of Probiotic and Prebiotic shows better results for me, than Probiotic product alone (which I also used from the same line for months, prior to switching to this one). IBS calmed down, no more gases and bloating, even with certain foods that previously were problematic. It regulated and improved intestinal peristalsis.
This probiotic has a vast verity of good bacteria in high amounts. I use to suffer from morning sickness for a few years and this product changed my life. It took a while, but the improvement was constant over time. II combined it with daily drinking aloe-vera water, and that really healed my microbiome. My digestion is easier and I don't have them morning sickness as long as I remember to keep taking this supplement every morning (after a while now I can take it every other day).
One more good product from Now foods. Good probiotic for your stomach. You should consider taking this one if you're having a problem with your guts. Even you feel good it's useful from time to time.
I only use this when I have a stomachache, and it’s really effective at stopping the pain. The quality of the ingredients in this probiotic is excellent! I also tried taking it every morning for a week before breakfast, and it helped me become regular with my bowel movements. I've noticed better absorption and improved gut health as a result. The capsules are good in size and easy to take first thing in the morning before food. The packaging is decent and seal packed. The capsules have helped me manage my digestion issues and I recommend them to everyone. They have no after taste and easy to consume. No constipation issues as well!

After taking it for a week now ,stomach have less issues, size is easy to take and I like that this supplement has different type of probiotic for a variety of healthy gut bacteria .so far no after taste….eat it at night before sleep and do wake up hungry!
