I started running and my knees been hurting and creaking. And then I started consuming Glucosamine and after a couple of days, I started to see improvement. I am still running and it definitely hurts less. Even when I go for hikes, my knees aren't giving me any problems. But do note that the pills are quite big and you have to consume two.
