I’ve been having endometriosis pain in the left side of my pelvis. One thing that was suggested to improve pain and inflammation are castor oil packs with heat. I found local castor oil but turns out they extract it witch harmful chemicals, the one from NOW is cold pressed and feels more thick. So far it’s been great for packs and massages

I've used NOW Foods castor oil for years the quality never fails. They now use glass for the bigger oil. This size will last awhile. Castor oil has a lot of benefits. I used on my edges, eyebrow, lips and I add to lotion for moisture. Its versatile. It helps with bruising, pain and it helps break down deposits in the body. This were wrapping comes in handy.
