This 40 mg version is the same as 540 mg of other brands, it is much potent and helps relieve of hot flashes during menopause
I bought this for support with hot flashes and night sweats relief. I take one capsule each night for the past 1.5 weeks. I didn’t experience any stomach discomfort from this product. However, there hasn’t been any improvement in the hot flashes and night sweats. Perhaps I have to take it for a longer time to see the effects. I’ll provide an update after a month.
