Pre-Workout, Blue Raspberry, 11.3 oz (321 g)

Incredible energy before the gym makes your lifts way better and more power

The best from quality and taste even the size is perfect. For workout i use it daily. My best ever for may training

I recently tried this pre-workout and overall I’d give it a solid 4/5. It definitely delivers a noticeable boost in energy and focus, which made my workouts feel more intense and productive. About 20–30 minutes after taking it, I felt more alert and motivated, especially during heavier sets. The flavor was decent—not the best I’ve had, but still enjoyable enough to drink regularly. It mixed pretty well too, with no major clumps or weird texture. One thing that stood out was the clean energy—no major crash afterward, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice a slight tingling sensation (likely from beta-alanine), which might not be for everyone. The only reason it’s not a full 5/5 is that the effects, while good, weren’t extremely long-lasting, and the taste could be improved a bit. Still, it’s a reliable pre-workout that I’d recommend if you’re looking for a solid performance boost without harsh side effects.
