After using for 3 days, I thought it was working but got acne all of sudden on the back. And other parts. I stopped 2 days. After reading some comment about this happening too I will give a more gentle trial with 1 pill / day. I combined it with DHM which is also for liver. Decided to alternate. Comment section is very valuable.
The size is pretty big enough for a long time. In my case, the dosage I was taking two pills twice per day. Benefit- It definitely helps with your liver., getting rid of discomfort, helping you with the hormone system. The taste is neutral. I wouldn’t recommend to take it by yourself.
