This is my 1st time to use this supplement; just tried it from a friend's recommendation. I think it has good quality ingredients due to its positive effects in my workout. I don't easily get tired if I take it an hour before workout. It's odorless and doesn't have after taste. The size is a bit bigger but manageable. Yes, I'm recommending it.
