It’s the 1st time fir me to try MK-7 as I heard that this product helps to absorb calcium and its very good for the bone. this is definitely the body needs. Also i heard it is better to take this with Vit D. It helps with blood clotting, heart and bone health. I like this product so much

I have read that Vitamin K2 is very recommended as post-partum supplement. Therefore I chose this brand because I think they are good quality and 100 mcg is good quantity.
