I’m pleased to see iherb has started selling this again. It’s the best AC I have tried. It’s more powerful than other brands I have tried. More powerful as in when I take it internally, I feel really cleansed.. hard to explain but it’s very powerful.
Charcoal is a great binder to remove toxins or whatever you are trying to detox from. It has a great affinity with Ammonia and also helps detox heavy metals and other toxins if used with chelators. Also very convenient to have on hand in case you eat something that is no longer good or anything you want to remove from your body. If you accidentally poison yourself, taking Charcoal will help remove that from your body. Avoid taking the charcoal with good food and supplements as you won't absorb them.
this product is effective and i trust the quality of the bulletproof products. I take it whenever I know I'll be eating something that my stomach doesn't handle well or something that's less than ideal such as fast foods. it really helps with me feeling less bloated the next day and I know the charcoal Binds to all the toxins so I can eliminate them the next day. I take this more when I am travelling as I have less control.over my meals.

What I like is the dosage, as it brings double amount of ingredients per capsule than other brands. It doesn't have any taste and it's not hard to swallow. I use it on and off for detox purposes and find the best benefits when I take it far from foods, usually at night. Very good quality of ingredients, as it is coconut charcoal, wonderful binder. This is my third bottle and I think I'll continue to buy it as needed.

I take the coconut charcoal any time I feel digestive discomfort, even during a flight. The ingredient is just the charcoal, so no funny stuff. There’s no distinct taste. I take two capsules in terms of dosage and they are a bit large in size. Helps me every time!
I take it whenever I eat fast food or any other type of processed food so my body absorbs less of the toxins in it. I take it with plenty of water. Only occasionally, because charcoal will absorb nutrients as well, especially minerals.
