My daughter and I have curly hair, and my husband has a beard. this brush is perfect to keep by the bathtub/shower to use right after washing your hair/beard. Or even for helping massage the scalp, clean the scalp, and distribute the conditioner through the hair. The bristles are a little stiff so it's not the best brush for littles unless a parent is helping. But it's a great quality brush for curly hair! We also brush our girl's hair with this brush in the morning and her hair still holds the curls.
