Turmeric Supreme®, Joint Health, 120 Liquid Phyto-Caps®

I find these help tremendously with aching and sore joints. These are the highest dose of Tumeric that I have found and have black pepper as an ingredient to help with absorption. Great quality product. Wish they came in larger quantity, but these are excellent. I like the overall quality of the product.

Gaia has excellent quality supplements. I really noticed when I started buying other cheaper brandsto compare and feeling like I was taking nothing on the other brands vs feeling the benefit with Gaia. Supplements arent magic but they DO help, but only if you get high quality ones like Gaia. the Turmeric has been a savior for my congestion/sinuses/inflammation and I felt noticeably NOTHING when I took other brands. with Gaia, I feel the benefits within 40 minutes or so. I rec Gaia brand anything honestly. not all pricier supplements are worth it, but Gaia IS.

I have been using Gaia brand for a long time, I LOVE their turmeric supreme. I used this after a spine surgery to keep swelling down and it worked amazing! I healed so much quicker than the doctors expected. And I always recommend this turmeric for anyone who suffers from arthritis, swelling of any kind or recovering from surgery. I use them for knee pain from too many years of extreme sports :-/ The effect is fast and I do notice a difference if I do not take them for 2 weeks. When I started having pain, which was sudden, I did not want to get steroids as the orthopedist wanted. Steroids would have ended up damaging my knee. My chiropractor recommended some exercises and this supplement. Holy remedy! I like the formula because it has pepper to activate the turmeric and I think the ginger also helps. This is a total keeper and I highly recommend it.

I started using this product because of the high quality of the Gaia ingredients. The blend benefited my arthritic knee until my replacement was in, and continues to support other joints. I notice a pronounced return of pain if I don't take it. I am able to avoid nsaids when I do take it.
