Maybe because Im an asian I love this unflavored powder over other sweetened powder. I used to drink this type of drinks since when I was a kid. Ive been buying this for over a year but I never get sick of the taste. This one doesn’t have that typical yucky taste of animal proteins. I drink this every day in the morning and before going to the gym or whenever I feel hungry but no wanna have heavy foods. Great quality and ingredients which wouldn’t disturb my stomach at all.

I started taking this specific protein powder when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and I had to follow a strict exercise-nutrition regime to help myself (I refused to take drugs). Within 3 months of regular weights exercises and drinking one protein smoothie in the morning (I love Sunwarrior because it's organic and not full of synthetic ingredients which I can't stand) I went from critically low muscle mass to normal, and within a year I managed my osteoporosis and now it's only osteopenia (my goal is to eliminate it completely in another year). I put a lot of emphasis on protein of course (you can't only eat powders) and also being vegan, it had to be plant-based. Supper happy with the product, also it tastes good, love the composition, great for diets, suits my vegan lifestyle --- would prefer a bigger size though so I don't have to buy it all the time.
