Taza offers a unique chocolate experience that I highly recommend. The texture is an enjoyable gritty one that needs to be tried to be properly understood. I've never had a Taza product I didn't enjoy. As I tend to eat a low sugar diet in general, the 95% dark is perfect. The bitter is perfectly balanced by a light sweetness. I have had more complex chocolates, but it isn't bland. The texture, in my opinion, really makes this chocolate bar.
