The excellent quality has not changed over the years after having Covid three times and taking care of a parent with Alzheimer’s, I lost about 1/3rd of my hair. It contains iron so it has a very strong smell My hair did not see any difference Yet, it didn’t go worse So it’s generally good but I won’t buy it again
