I use this quarterly to keep my gut healthy. Some say it looks yucky because of its brown color and others tell me it smells and tastes bad and while all this may be true I find it tolerable. The benefits far out weigh all this. Plus after a few uses I started to crave it so I took this as my body needed it. Refrigerate after opening. I highly recommend this.
