Oregano has strong antibacterial effects and I also take it as a preventive measure for viruses, so that some bacterial infection doesn't accidentally get on top of it (the viruses). Some people may not like the taste, which they have in their mouth all day, but I like the oregano smell :-)

I think oregano is a natural antibiotic that can be kept in a medicine cabinet to use as needed. It is antibacterial, antifungal etc and if I feel a cold coming on I use it and it really helps. It's also a great preventative to take to boost the immune system. Great value for price.
I got it after my doctor’s recommendation for supporting lungs functions and for sinus relief , I found it in different potencies , I will tru the 450mg and see the effect in few weeks then back to update .

For those who feel esential oil it bit too much, and still want to help digestion in season without tasting it. Quality of now is top.
