Finally a multivitamin & mineral supplement with doses close to established RDAs. IMO just one of these capsules is likely sufficient if you have a decently healthy & balanced diet. The typical mega dose amounts from in most multivitamins are unnecessary at best and harmful at worst. There is a limit to what one's body can metabolize & use at a time for most nutrients and the rest is a burden on the system to have to eliminate. Excesses of some nutrients can be quite problematic when taken regularly, even with water soluble ones. Perhaps I could nitpick some of the vitamin & mineral types in this Children's Multivitamin but overall it fits the bill well. Hopefully Kirkman keeps making it and iHerb keeps selling it.
