the freshest best tasting seed

i take for many reasons, inflammation, fiber, anti-cancer effect. i gring in coffee grinder and then refrigerate in a light proof container. tasted delightfully like walnuts, not bitter at all as brown flax is. i add to pancake batter(kids like it alot this way please try), yogurt and smoothies. my nails cracked and split all my life until started using flax and other omega3 oils. skin is softer, too. have been using for years. can't beat the price either!

Love NOW products. Always exceptional products at an affordable price. iHerb is an excellent supplier. Their website is easy to navigate through. I am purchasing products through them regularly. Big thumbs up from me.

Great Fiber Boost

I usually grind them before sprinkling them on top of salads and bowls. Gives baking recipes also a nice fiber boost and can even act as an egg replacement! Flax seeds contain phytoestrogen compounds which may be beneficial for women with hormonal imbalance. They supposedly increase SHBG which lower testosterone.

Golden quality

This tastes so much better than the regular red flaxseed. And best of all it is organic! Would definitely buy again!

Flexseed

This product tastes deep, distinctively nutty, and robust flavor. The texture Smooth, slick, and flat, offering a sharp, crisp crunch when bitten into raw or sprinkled over baked goods. Whole flaxseeds have an incredibly tough outer shell. To get the optimal nutritional quality, The package is resealable, I use it to put in my dinner every night.

Good for egg substitute

Flax seeds are good to have on hand to replace egg in some recipes. Also enjoy them ground up a bit and sprinkled on oatmeal. Now brand is a consistently high quality brand and these are no exception.

Golden Flax Seeds♥️

Very lovely ingredient. I grinded my flax seeds as soon as I got it and put it straight into the freezer for storage. I love to make Keto 90 second breads with it and Keto Mug Cakes. It has a nice scent when baked compared to the brown version. Its a good size and it lasts long and is priced very well. I use it almost everyday, so I must keep it in stock. Make sure to freeze/refigerate or store in dark/cool place or else it will go rancid and have a bad fish taste.
