I bought this hoping very hard that it would help me digest fibrous vegetables and beans as well as lentils. It didn't work at all and gave me bad stomach aches. I've already tested it thrice, once with chickpeas, once with borlotti and finally today with broccoli and snap peas. I have no choice but to throw this away. Maybe they work for other people but not for my gut.
The quality of the ingredients and the packaging are very good and the inzymes used in these products are very high and the quality of the products are excellent and it is very easy to digest on the stomach
These are great vegetable enzymes. I was taking proteolytic enzymes for years made from pig organs and I developed gout. Animal organs are high in purines so when I took them, the gout would flare up painfully in multiple places so I switched to these vegetarian enzymes and they work well with no gout flares.
I take a lot of enzymes for my problems with digestion and I think this is a great addition to my other supplements like Super Enzymes
