Weird but tasty
It has a very strange taste and smell, but I like it a lot for some reason.
I add it to smoothies and sprinkle on my morning yoghurts.
Scientists say that regular consumption of pollen can significantly improve metabolism and hematopoiesis, so I'm really glad that such a healthy supplement is to my liking!
...because after reading some of the reviews I was very wary of ordering pollen,
so if you still in doubt, I advise you to give it a chance!

Good for energy dips
I keep this on my desk, when I notice I need a bit of brain food or blood stabilization--that my energy starts dropping--I'll take some. It's a nice product, good taste, smells right, I'd recommend it...
It's also something I'll sprinkle on a yogurt, bee pollen in general is wonderful way for us to get some missing nutrients.

Springtime essential!
Since trying once in a smoothie from a fancy LA Chain in downtown I'd always wanted to get some pollen when I got my own blender. It has helped stave off seasonal allergies and being in contact with sick family several times when used in my daily recovery smoothie. You can also use it as a topper on plain yogurt as well. You don't go thru it fast either, so it's super affordable!

It is a very good supplement to overall health and energy levels. The quality of both the product and packaging is amazing, and the dropper is very easy to use. The taste is not overwhelming, and I personally really use it. I'm willing to buy it again, and I trust it.

Fresh, high-quality bee pollen
The quality is excellent, with fresh, vibrant granules and a clean ingredient profile. The taste is mild and slightly sweet, perfect for adding to yogurt or smoothies. A small dosage goes a long way, and I noticed a gentle energy boost after using it regularly. The size of the bag is generous and lasts a long time even with daily use. Great product if you like nutrient-dense superfoods.

Excellent
I checked around and I believe this is high quality product and brand and that I'm getting the benefits.
Its also very crunchy, much more than other products I've tried.
I dont feel any physical benefits yet, I am not too sensitive for it.

The size and taste go a long way
As someone who regularly shops on iHerb, I don’t hand out 4 or 5 stars unless a product truly earns it. This one checks all the boxes: it’s exactly as described, works great, and I’ve either reordered or will when I run low. Consistent quality, accurate packaging, and noticeable results. Hope this review helps! 😊
