I used it when i had clogged nipples while nursing. I benefited from it before pumping too. It feels good warm haven’t used it cold though. Packaging and size is great no leaks, I don’t know the ingredients but so far it’s good. Very good quality. You will love it.
Great and easy to use. Unfortunately I couldn’t use it long because I stopped breastfeeding soon after. But it did help reduce some block ducts and swelling after giving birth and couldn’t breast feed for a few days because my baby had surgery. It was so painful! And my breast turned red and hard. This was a life saver
