Quality of these cookies is very good. I like the ingredients, as compared to modern wheat, einkorn has more protein and vitamins. It's also easier to digest. Taste is not too sweet nor too salty! Very pleasant taste, and a healthier diet.It’s good as it’s naturally lower in gluten content.
Very appealing checkerboard design & so tasty. I serve them when I have guests in the house usually w/ coffee or tea. I eat a lot of these good quality cookies because they are made from einkorn flour —flour as nature intended flour to be. Always love the consistency—not soft but kinda crunchy.
These Einkorn Cookies are made with non-hybridized wheat. It tastes full-bodied and has just the perfect sweetness. It provides a hardy afternoon snack (2 and a cup of tea are sufficient for a pick me up). The ingredients are clean and pure. This wheat does not bother me the way all commercial wheat in the USA does. I am not allergic to wheat, but get bloated, and after a few days, achy. Einkorn wheat does not have this effect on me. Makes me wonder what they do to all the wheat in the US.

They have that classic, comforting taste that reminds me of a cookie or biscuit I loved as a kid — I can’t quite remember the name or brand, but the flavor brings me right back. The texture is perfectly crisp yet buttery, and the blend of vanilla and chocolate is just right — not too sweet, just wholesome and satisfying. I also love that they’re made with organic einkorn flour and clean ingredients. Such a lovely treat with tea or coffee. I’ll definitely be buying these again!
I like these cookies because they have organic einkorn in them although I wish they would use butter or coconut oil instead of palm oil & I wish they would sprout the flour like the do with their crackers. But big box of cookies for a fairly good price & they are not overly sweetened which is nice!
