Not really sure what my thoughts are on these vitamins. I unfortunately haven’t fallen pregnant after taking these for many, many months nor did I notice I felt any changes within myself from taking these, though I do suffer from endometriosis. The only thing I really noticed was that they made me feel nauseous if I didn’t taken them with food.

The quality of Solaray prenatal multivitamins is very good. The capsules are comfortable to take, and the formula is gentle on the stomach. I also noticed it helps with general well-being during pregnancy.there’s no taste but a little smell of DHA

Nice prenatal multivitamin with a simple routine. The size of the capsules is reasonable for a prenatal and easy to swallow. The ingredient profile is well balanced and comprehensive. The dosage of once daily is very convenient. I feel a clear benefit in overall support and peace of mind. it has a strong taste ,but strong vitamin taste and gentle on the stomach. Good quality from a trusted brand. I drink it with some juice to soften the taste in my mouth, I use once a day. I am satisfied with the pink color on the packaging, it looks cute.
So far it’s been working well. I’m taking it for overalls health. The smell is weird but I only take one a day so it’s not a big deal.
I personally had a hard time taking these during pregnancy and kept getting nauseous even in my second trimester. I switched prenatals and am able to keep them down better. I really liked the ingredients for these but unfortunately they just didn’t work for me
This supplement is very good for immune system especially pregnancy. Ingredients are organic.
I’m taking this pre-natal to prepare for conception but have never taken it while pregnant, so I can’t speak to that situation. I chose this one because I like Solaray brand and have had good experiences with their other products, and also because it is only one pill, and the price is great. I’m already supplementing with additional choline, fish oil, and a probiotic, so I didn’t also want to take a ton more pills for this. Ingredients include a full dose of iron, which is good, but can contribute to constipation. It seems to have good amounts of most of the other major vitamins and minerals, except perhaps calcium, magnesium, and maybe vitamin D. The one complaint I have is the smell. I assume it’s caused by the DHA that is included, but it’s only 2.5mg, which is really nothing (most fish oil supplements offer several hundreds or even over a thousand mg). So really, I think they could’ve skipped the DHA to make the smell better. I had 1st trimester morning sickness when I was pregnant, and I think it would be really difficult to take a fishy smelling pill while dealing with morning sickness.
